My Internet journey took me to beautiful blogs that I adore and envy. The cute scrapbooking like template and buttons, as well as fonts and headers. Since I just started blogging few months back, I don't feel like investing my money into paid resources. Of course when I am ready to launch my photography business, this will be seriously taken into consideration. However, at this stage I am looking for free resources to get the feel and to see what I could come up with.

Turn out, there are plenty of free resources to create a pretty cute blog and I am planning to share those here. Keep reading! :)

I am a big fan of FONTS! So it comes naturally when I wanted to use cute fonts on my blog. I found several online tutorial but nothing beats a tutorial posted on Amanda and Kevin blog. She also generously shared cute fonts. Check out the tutorial HERE and download cute fonts HERE.

I picked the cute background template from Aqua Poppy Design.  There are also different bloggers who generously offer cute free background templates such as Smitten Blog Design, Shabby Blogs, or Simply Fabulous Design.

The next task would be to customize my header. I found My Blog Makeover and immediately liked one of the headers she offered. She also included a tutorial on how to do it. I also grabbed one of her post dividers while I was there. :)

I still have a lot to do with my blog. Among other things is to figure out how to add post under each PAGE, how to change the header font, how to create drop down menu under each PAGE, and tons of other stuff. I'll be sure to share them if I learn new tricks on how to customize your blog. Or if you happen to know one, I'd love to hear it.
