Disclaimer: This post has a lot (and I really mean a lot of pics. LOL) with mommy goggles on. Sigh...

I am blessed (I know this sounds cliche but it's totally true) that I have Jo. She was an easy baby and has grown into a little girl with a big heart and kindness. She's totally goofy too, by the way. :)

She would come home from school and say, "I like to help Justice, mommy. I helped him packing up his bag and putting the crayons back to the box." (insert proud smile here)

She kept saying to me that her friends watched Justin Bieber. So for the first time, I let her watched his youtube video. Then she said, "Justin's voice is like a girl." (Ouucchh! sorry for the fans but this totally cracked me up!)

She was so upset when I told her that one of my aunts (or one of her grandmas) had to undergo a surgery because she broke her ankle. That night she said a prayer, "Dear Jesus, please take care of Oma Lan and make sure she uses her eyes next time she walks." (Oh dear...if only my aunt could listen to this!)

She is always excited about her birthday but still couldn't accept the idea of growing old. She keeps telling me, "Mommy, please don't grow old." Then she would add, "Don't worry mommy, I will take care of you when you are old." Then she would plant kisses on my face and give me a big hug. Aaaahh...

She continues to surprise me with her little statement. "Mommy, I believe in myself." (Whoaaa.. I am so proud!) Or, "Mommy, I don't love you. I love you sooooo much."

Today is her birthday. I asked her what she wants for her birthday.
She said, "You've bought me lots of stuff already. I don't want anything else.
I said, "What stuff, Jo?"
She said, "You know, the Handy Mandy crossword book (it's $2 by the way) and the art thing (it's a little black paper with sticks. You use the sticks to scratch the paper and you will see different colors coming out and it's only $1!)
I said, "Well, last month you said you wanted some arts and crafts stuff. Last week you wanted a keyboard. So, which one should I get?"
She said, "You can scratch those, mommy. I don't need anything else. You've bought me lots of stuff."
(Insert my melted heart here....)

It's been an amazing, incredible six years. Of course I have so many wishes for her (I am sure you know what I am talking about.. :P )and I had this idea of putting them into pictures. Here are some of my wishes for her. I miss the time when she was still a little baby but I am proud to watch and see how she's grown into an amazing and lovely little girl. I love you, my squirrel.

Here are my wishes for you... I WISH YOU:
