{Oh hi...Spring!}

It's been the longest winter, I feel. The weather didn't get warmer. It was cloudy most of the time. I didn't feel the excitement of taking pictures anymore (and didn't really do anything about it.)

.....until last week.

I picked Jo up on Saturday. We had a nice and fulfilling rice (hello roti canai and curry mie!) and decided to spend the afternoon at Queens Botanical Garden. 

We listened to the birds. We visited the bee hives. We examined the little buds starting to bloom. She was practicing cart-wheel on the grass. We let our shoes got wet. We played pretend (she owned the garden, I was a volunteer.) 

She was sad when we had to go.
