I received this beautiful Wendie Tutu from Flower and Fancy Free Boutique last June. I opened the package and both Jo and I went "Oooohhh...." and "Aaahhh...."

The tutu is a two colors tutu (pink and purple) and what makes me love it even more is that the layers are pretty thick. So, no leggings needed! :) Oh...and it is very, very, very affordable! You won't believe the price for this beautiful piece of tutu. You can check the Etsy listing here. 

I made the butterfly string and it is so easy. All I did was printing out a template from the Internet, traced it on construction papers, cut them out, glued the butterflies on a string and attached the string to a chopstick. I bought all the materials from a 99 cent store! Voila....
