I received this beautiful Wendie Tutu from Flower and Fancy Free Boutique last June. I opened the package and both Jo and I went "Oooohhh...." and "Aaahhh...." The tutu is a two colors tutu (pink and purple) and what makes me love it even more is that the layers are pretty thick. So, no leggings needed! :) Oh...and it is very, very, very affordable!
